Purchases and refunds

Payment and delivery

The purchase is completed through Gumroad. Gumroad shows the final amount before payment, processes applicable taxes and sends the receipt and download links. Use the same email address as your World Studio account to connect access automatically. If that fails, enter the licence key from your Gumroad email in My library.

Fourteen-day refund

You may request a full refund within fourteen days of purchase without giving a reason. Reply to your Gumroad receipt or email contact@world-studio.nl with the purchase email address and transaction number. Gumroad processes the refund. A full refund removes interactive book access.

This voluntary policy does not limit any statutory guarantee, withdrawal or other consumer rights.

Access problems

First check that you used the same email address for Gumroad and World Studio. In My library you can check the purchase again or enter your licence key. Never include your full payment-card number in a support message.

What the purchase includes

• The Lattice — Book I as an English EPUB;
